Paul Leslie

Paul grew up in North West London and has been in the property industry since 2012, initially as a developer. Thereafter he worked in relocation services and most recently as a Branch Manager for a prestigious corporate agency in Ealing. ‘I live locally and I’m a huge advocate of West London as a whole. My long term goal is to create a legacy for my family, my ‘& Co’, that is my son Raff. In June 2020, I had a ‘Jerry Maguire’ moment and decided it was about fewer clients and more personal attention, which is entirely in line with Keller Williams ethos. During my time in the industry I have learnt that high street agents are completely transactional based rather than being relationship based. This is what I want to change. I prefer to work with my clients in a personal way, spending time understanding their goals, drivers and motivations whilst trying to ensure we all get the best possible outcome together.
